Parents & Friends Association

The St Mary’s Catholic School Bowen Parents & Friends (P&F) Association is a welcoming community that works in partnership with families, school staff and parish representatives to support the education, wellbeing and faith development of our students. Guided by the values and expectations of Townsville Catholic Education, the P&F provides opportunities for parents and carers to contribute to school life, build connections within our community, and support initiatives that enhance learning and student experiences.

Through collaboration, consultation and community engagement, the P&F aims to strengthen the relationship between home and school while promoting a positive and inclusive environment for all families. The association supports the mission of Catholic education by fostering a spirit of service, stewardship and partnership, ensuring that the voices of parents and carers contribute constructively to the ongoing growth of our school community.

Meeting Details
The Parents & Friends Association meets on the first Thursday of each month from 5:15pm to 6:15pm in the school staffroom. All parents, carers and interested members of the school community are warmly invited to attend. Whether you can contribute regularly or simply wish to stay informed about school initiatives, your involvement and input are valued and appreciated.
